ONLINE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This contract is executed between **ALZ GRUP ULUSLARARASI FUAR KONGRE VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ** (Hereinafter referred to as **ALZ International**), located at **DUMLUPINAR BULVARI NO;6 ARMADA İŞ MERKEZİ A BLOK NO:5 06560 SÖĞÜTÖZÜ/ ANKARA**, and

**[PARTICIPANT NAME]**, located at **[PARTICIPANT ADDRESS]** (hereinafter referred to as the **PARTICIPANT**), on the date of acceptance of this agreement through the online payment portal.

1. SUBJECT
This contract defines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the participation in the organization provided by ALZ International, the details of which are outlined in **Table A**.

2. CONTRACT VALIDITY
By accepting this contract electronically and making an online payment, the PARTICIPANT acknowledges that the contract becomes effective immediately. The contract remains in force until both parties have fully met their obligations. Upon fulfillment of these obligations, the contract terminates automatically without further notice.

3. PARTICIPANT’S OBLIGATIONS
The PARTICIPANT agrees to:
– Adhere to all participation conditions set by ALZ International and the main organizer.
– Submit all necessary information and payments by the deadlines established by ALZ International.
– Accept that failure to meet contractual obligations may result in unilateral termination by ALZ International without prior notice.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & ONLINE TRANSACTION POLICY
– The PARTICIPANT agrees to make payments online via the designated ALZ International payment portal.
– All online payments must be completed before the event deadline for participation to be confirmed.
– Any transaction fees, commissions, or transfer charges incurred during the payment process are the sole responsibility of the PARTICIPANT.
– In the event of late payment, ALZ International reserves the right to impose an interest charge of **3% per day** on the overdue amount.
– If a payment is incomplete or fails, all remaining amounts become immediately due.

5. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
– ALZ International reserves the right to modify the event layout, venue, or dates due to unforeseen circumstances.
– If the event is rescheduled due to force majeure, the PARTICIPANT’s rights remain reserved, and no refunds will be issued.
– The PARTICIPANT cannot unilaterally terminate the contract or claim refunds in case of non-attendance.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
– **No refunds will be provided** if the PARTICIPANT cancels their participation.
– If the PARTICIPANT fails to attend the event, they remain liable for the full contract amount.
– ALZ International reserves the right to charge a **100% cancellation fee**, including VAT, for any requested cancellations.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
– The PARTICIPANT is responsible for compliance with all legal, trade, security, and customs regulations of the event country.
– ALZ International is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from transportation, logistics, or customs issues.

8. ONLINE AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By clicking **”I have read and accept the contract terms”** and proceeding with the payment, the PARTICIPANT acknowledges that:
– They have reviewed and understood the terms and conditions.
– They accept all obligations and liabilities outlined in this agreement.
– The contract is legally binding and enforceable under Turkish law.
– Any disputes arising from this contract shall be settled in **Ankara Courts and Enforcement Directorates**.
